Webinar
Build a new sales and marketing process without breaking the bank
On May 10 in the US (which is May 11 in Australia) I’m co-presenting this event with Eric Keiles, the author of Reality Marketing Revolution and founder of Square 2 Marketing.
Obviously, I’ll be talking about the sales process and Eric will discuss marketing.
In addition to presenting our own ideas, I’m expecting that we’ll be able to have a lively discussion about the areas where sales and marketing interact.
You can read more about his event here.

2011 Continuous Process Improvement Symposium
I’m delighted to be presenting (for the third time) at this year’s Continuous Improvement Symposium at Weber State University in Ogden, Utah.
This event draws practitioners from the three main quality disciplines: Lean, Six Sigma and TOC. It’s a very enjoyable conference, with a broad cross-section of presentations.
In addition to a standard presentation, I’m fortunate enough to be joining Robert Fox as a panelist in an open discussion (the subject of which has not yet been confirmed).

Sales Process Engineering: Lunch-n-Learn
Next week I’m returning to Australia to present our popular Lunch-n-Learn events in Brisbane, Sydney and Melbourne.
These are intimate luncheons (Ballistix buys the lunch) where I present the principles of SPE with just a flipchart and a handful of markers.
These are always lively events; well-attended but with small enough groups to enable a spirited debate or two.
Although all of these events present the basics of SPE, our recent experiences in the US are providing me with a lot of new material (or valuable tweaks to existing practices) – so, if you haven’t attended a Lunch-n-Learn in a while, you might consider coming again. (There’s no charge for these events.)

US Lunch-n-Learns?
In case you’re wondering, we don’t have any US Lunch-n-Learns scheduled. This is primarily because we don’t (yet) have a large enough house list in the US to make the promotion of these events cost effective.
However, if you can put a group of executives together from 8 or more organizations, let me know. It’s quite likely that Ballistix will be prepared to foot the bill for both your lunch and my round trip!
